    Thanks to tax amendments in the latest federal budget, the time has never been better for individuals to donate appreciated listed securities and mutual funds to Carleton University.

  • In appreciation of the memory and generosity of Phyllis Wilson
    In 1942, when the brand-new Carleton College held its first day of registration, a reporter from the Ottawa Journal was on hand to document the occasion. Her name was Phyllis Wilson, then a young woman of 25, a graduate of Queen's and just two years into a career that would eventually see her mentor an entire generation of Carleton journalism students.

    Just six months after its official opening, Carleton University's Arthur Kroeger College of Public Affairs is receiving outstanding support from the business community, with over $1 million donated to its fundraising campaign to date–two-thirds of the campaign's goal.
