It all adds up when alumni give back
Last fall, alumni were offered a new way to make a financial contribution to help Carleton students, and they have responded with overwhelming enthusiasm. Nearly $30,000 has been raised for the athletics scholarship and bursary fund through an innovative give-back program.
Giving the gift of opportunity
Scholarships and bursaries are prized sources of financial aid to those who receive them. And, with the cost of living rising every year, it’s hard to imagine a deserving student donating their award back to the university. But that’s exactly what second-year business student Carolyn Gasser decided to do.
